Tallinn’s most stylish seaside quarter for living and business

Volta Quarter is a vibrant seaside neighbourhood. Historic industrial buildings are being given a new lease of life, complemented by modern A-energy-class developments and high-rise buildings. All of this carries Endover’s distinctive signature – soaring ceilings, large grid-pattern windows and characterful industrial architecture.

Together with the Noblessner and Krulli quarters, the former industrial area has transformed into a dynamic district for living, leisure and business, set to become the new destination hub of North Tallinn.

Volta Quarter is a neighbourhood defined by a strong sense of belonging. The heart of Volta’s community life will be a lush, landscaped park running through the entire quarter, offering leisure activities for children, adults, and four-legged friends alike. Volta will also have its own kindergarten, allowing children to conveniently run across the courtyard from home. Parking throughout the quarter is directed underground, creating a safe, car-free living environment.

In the cafés, bakeries, and restaurants of Volta Quarter, morning coffee rituals, lunchtime meetings, and evening culinary journeys come together. The selection is diverse and evolves over time alongside the community and international trends, offering everything from quick bites to longer, experience-driven dining moments.

The quarter’s energy is enhanced by the Baltic region’s most contemporary MyFitness sports club and Tallinn’s most stylish padel centre. MyFitness Volta offers a wide range of training options for gym enthusiasts as well as group and personal training. Volta Padel is a contemporary padel centre featuring four top-level full-panorama indoor courts. Highly regarded beauty salons and services are also located within Volta Quarter and its immediate surroundings.

MyFitness

Having a club right next door makes movement a natural part of your day. MyFitness Volta is North Tallinn’s largest and the Baltic region’s most modern fitness club. Nearly 2,000 m² of space offers a wide range of training and wellness options: a modern gym, group classes from strength training to yoga, plus an exclusive boutique studio and sauna area. As a unique addition in Estonia, MyFitness Volta features a red-light therapy booth and a Recovery Zone — designed for restoration, with massage chairs and other solutions that support body and muscle recovery. In Volta, even going to the gym can become a neighbourhood meet-up.

Volta HUB

Volta HUB is set to become the future centre of North Tallinn’s new energy, bringing essential services, retail, entertainment, and office spaces to Volta residents and the surrounding neighbourhoods. As the first stage of Volta HUB, Mootori 2—an architectural gem with a grand limestone façade at the intersection of Tööstuse and Kalaranna streets—already hosts the Baltic region’s most modern MyFitness club. Over the coming years, the Volta HUB complex is set to welcome a large grocery store, a family medical centre, dental clinic, pharmacy, food and beverage venues, and other everyday services that make a modern 15-minute city feel effortless.

Park area

At the heart of Volta’s community life will be a lush, tree-lined park corridor running through the quarter, offering leisure activities for little ones, adults, and four-legged friends alike. The park connects the district into one cohesive whole, bringing recreation right to the community — straight to your doorstep. Throughout the quarter, parking is directed underground, creating a safer, genuinely car-free living environment.

05 / 06

Kindergarten

At the heart of Volta’s green park area, a dedicated kindergarten is planned, allowing children can simply run there straight from the courtyard. It’s a carefree and safe solution for local families who want everyday life to feel easier. Daytime playmates become friends ready to continue the fun in the home park after school. A true community that, quite literally, grows up together.

Homes at Volta Quarter

15-minute city

Situated between the sea and Tallinn’s Old Town, the Volta Quarter has emerged as one of the most vibrant and sought-after new-generation urban districts in North Tallinn. According to Citify, Volta Quarter has ranked as Estonia’s most preferred new development for three consecutive years, both by units sold and by sales volume.

Volta Quarter is being developed according to the 15-minute city principle, ensuring that everyday life is seamless, high-quality, and time-efficient, with everything essential close to home. Living in Volta means that work, fitness, leisure, dining, and everyday services are all just a short walk or bike ride away.

In addition to the convenience offered within the quarter itself, Volta is also exceptionally well connected to the rest of the city: tram and bus stops are nearby, and the city centre, Noblessner, and Telliskivi are all easily accessible on foot, by bicycle, or by scooter. At Volta, everyday logistics fade into the background, allowing you to focus on what truly matters.
